Job summary

LCI-Lawinger Consulting is seeking an on-site IT support technician to assist client employees with hardware and software issues, troubleshoot desktops and networked devices, and document problems and resolutions. You will gather problem information, use knowledge resources, and escalate when necessary to ensure timely service.

The role requires 2+ years of IT experience and a customer-service mindset, with an emphasis on clear communication and adherence to established guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related IT experience.
• 3 years of work experience.
• IT degree or certificate is a plus; CompTIA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational IT support on-site for client desktops, laptops, servers, and related devices.
• Gather and document client and problem information; diagnose and troubleshoot to resolution.
• Escalate and communicate effectively when issues require higher-level support.
• Document, track and monitor problems to facilitate timely resolutions under supervision.
