Job summary

Hot Springs Village is seeking an IT Software Support Specialist (on-site) to assist end-users and optimize software usage across departments. You will act as the main liaison between staff and third-party technology providers, troubleshoot issues, and help implement process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least three years of related experience, strong knowledge of Windows environments, MSSQL/MySQL, and Active Directory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Explain technical requirements clearly to staff and vendors.
• Troubleshoot issues to deliver prompt resolutions.
• Identify inefficient processes and suggest system-based improvements.
• Coordinate with IT leadership to validate system designs.
• Manage workloads to meet delivery deadlines.
• Develop testing plans and oversee testing of software updates.
• Maintain knowledge of departments and software usage.
• Serve as administrator for back office and POS systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks.
