Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years IT support, workplace services, or related field (internships OK).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote technical support for employees.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Support collaboration tools like Zoom, Microsoft 365, and Jira Service Management.
• Assist in managing Active Directory, Endpoint Central, and MDM solutions.
• Document IT processes and end-user guides; maintain IT asset inventory.
