Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Service and Delivery Technician III to support Safeway stores in Honolulu, HI and surrounding areas. The role focuses on IT hardware deployment, software installations, and on-site technical support for POS, printers, and network servers.

You will troubleshoot, configure, and repair various IT hardware while collaborating with the central IT team. Travel to outer islands is required (approx. 25%).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• 5+ years' IT systems experience and 2+ years technical support.
• 2+ years with retail store systems and hardware.
• Experience with installation and configuration of desktop peripherals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support to Safeway stores in Honolulu and surrounding areas.
• Deploy equipment and install new hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and configure IT hardware, including POS, printers, and network servers.
• Collaborate with Support Center and Corporate IT for on-site resolutions.
• Travel up to 25% to outer islands.
