CFS in Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician II for an on-site, temp-to-hire role. You will support desktops, laptops, printers, and devices, resolving issues in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role involves collaboration with IT Administrators and Engineers on upgrades, projects, and enterprise IT initiatives, plus on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of hands-on IT support, desktop support, service desk, or help desk experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, smartphones, printers, hardware, and end-user technologies.
• Experience supporting Active Directory, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or production environment experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and break/fix services for desktops, laptops, printers, smartphones, phone systems, and other IT equipment.
• Manage and resolve support tickets through the company's ITSM platform while delivering excellent customer service to end users.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and connectivity issues across a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Support user onboarding, software installations, hardware deployments, and asset inventory management.
• Work alongside IT Administrators and Engineers to support infrastructure projects and manufacturing technology initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and self-service support resources.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation and provide occasional off-hours support when needed.
