Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to lead and direct a high-visibility DoD network engineering task order. The role focuses on contract execution, personnel, schedules, resources, and deliverables across WAN infrastructure at 160+ sites.

The candidate will interface with Government stakeholders, report to the PMO lead, and ensure timely, compliant, and effective performance across all task areas. Onsite work near Ft. Belvoir/Alexandria, VA is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant IT and/or consulting experience.
• Five years of leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• U.S. Citizenship and DoD Top Secret clearance or active Secret clearance with adjudicated tier 5/SSBI.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily task order operations, staffing, resources, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Government Contracting Officer, COR, PMs, and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan (TOMP) and Integrated Master Project Schedule.
• Oversee execution across 13 PWS tasks, including engineering, cybersecurity, and asset management.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, training, certification compliance, and workforce continuity.
• Prepare and submit Weekly Activity Reports, Monthly Progress Reports, and other deliverables.
• Monitor milestones, labor utilization, financial performance, risks, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate project planning, implementation schedules, and Government approval activities.
• Ensure QA, performance improvements, and contract compliance.
• Support acquisition planning, procurement coordination, and resource management.
• Manage transition planning and knowledge transfer for uninterrupted mission support.
• Coordinate contract reporting and invoicing with the COR and management.
