Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for the Aberdeen Test Center site in MD. The role requires SECRET clearance (Tier 3/T3R) with Top Secret/SCI eligibility for classified oversight, and involves directing contractor performance and serving as the site point of contact for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.

The PM will coordinate operations, SLAs, and security/compliance, while handling site schedules, travel, and monthly performance meetings.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Demonstrated IT project or site management experience on a DoD support effort.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the ATC site.
• Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
• Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
• Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
• Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.
