• Experience with Active Directory account changes and computer inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve PC, printer, software, email, and network issues and prioritize tickets by impact and urgency.
• Provide user-friendly explanations and one-on-one end-user training when needed.
• Perform Active Directory changes and maintain the IT equipment inventory and spare parts.
• Assist with LAN cabling setup and VPN device configurations with the network team.
• Track software licenses, perform audits, and manage change control per IT procedures.
