Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) invites a Corporate IT Helpdesk Technician Intern to join our headquarters-based IT team in Lake Oswego.

Under supervision, you will gain hands-on experience delivering software, hardware, and network support to executive staff and a global user community. You will learn to configure workstations, manage accounts, and assist with asset inventory and procurement while following IT procedures and SOX requirements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or certification in Information Technology or related curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing IT helpdesk support under supervision.
• Configure and install workstations, printers, cell phones and related components.
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory with proper additions and changes.
• Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate staff and follow up with users.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts across systems in accordance with procedures.
