Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles seeks a Senior IT Operations Lead to act as the on-site IT lead for Tigard/Tualatin, OR, supporting a 200-person operation and helping stand up IT infrastructure for a new 144,000 square foot facility in Tualatin.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with network and infrastructure teams, vendors, and site leadership to ensure uptime and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT operations experience, including hands-on infrastructure and end-user support.
• Experience supporting a facility build-out or major site infrastructure deployment, ideally with network teams.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise networking, systems administration, and endpoint management.
• Experience supporting a 150+ person operational site, ideally in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while collaborating across teams.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site IT lead for the build-out of the new 144,000 sq ft Tualatin facility, from input through go-live.
• Coordinate network, cabling, wireless, and endpoint infrastructure installation with contractors and internal teams.
• Help drive IT readiness milestones against the facility construction/move-in timeline.
• Act as the primary IT point of contact for a 200-person operation across Tigard and Tualatin sites.
• Provide hands-on desktop, network, and systems support and maintain uptime of local infrastructure.
• Manage local IT asset inventory, procurement coordination, and lifecycle replacement.
• Support site-level security, access control, and IT policy compliance.
