Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
• At least 3 years in information technology.
• Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure, and CompTIA Linux+ must be obtained within six months of hire.
• Industry certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Forecast infrastructure needs using data analysis.
• Identify issues and implement remediation before business impact.
• Administer Active Directory, VMware, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Perform software updates and patch management.
• Install and configure software and hardware on physical and virtual systems.
• Provide after-hours support when needed.
• Train staff in system software usage.
• Configure and monitor network security features and firewalls.
• Ensure proper backups and documentation according to standards.
