Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a computer or technology-related field.
• Two years of experience supporting Windows server environments.
• Three years of systems administration in Windows environments.
• Experience with backup and restore technologies.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server operating systems in a complex enterprise environment.
• Manage Active Directory including users, groups, OUs, and GPOs.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot virtual machines and virtualization infrastructure.
• Plan and validate server patching, security updates, and vulnerability remediation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise systems.
• Maintain documentation of systems and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintenance windows.
