Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Technical Support and Jr. Networking Specialist to contribute to the troubleshooting of laptops, PCs, Windows devices, mobile devices, iPads, and related technologies.

The candidate will report to an on-site IT team lead who supports this team, and must communicate well with end users to deliver strong customer service. This entry/intermediate role is fully onsite in White Plains, NY, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of enterprise experience providing help desk, desktop, or technical support to end users.
• Experience working with a ticketing system.
• Experience working with Active Directory.
• Certifications are not mandatory but A+ is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot laptops, PCs, Windows devices, mobile devices, and related hardware and software.
• Provide on-site IT support and excellent customer service to end users.
• Collaborate with the on-site IT team lead and use the ticketing system to manage requests.
