Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an IT Workstation Administrator / Automation & Communication Support Specialist to support a federally affiliated career-transition program at Fort Riley, KS.

The role focuses on maintaining IT systems, automating workflows, and providing frontline IT and classroom support. Primary duties include coordinating with the network team, tracking configurations, and ensuring compliance with DoD IA standards.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
• Ability to obtain CAC and pass background checks.
• Excellent English reading/writing/speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Workstation Administrator for program IT systems and maintain hardware/software configurations.
• Interface with local network support and enterprise center for connectivity and security.
• Respond to user questions and log issues in ITSM; manage user logins and access rights.
• Apply information security/IA policies; maintain GFP inventories and accounts; generate weekly/monthly reports.
