This on-site role collaborates with Manufacturing, Engineering, Service, Purchasing and IT, owning end-to-end technology initiatives and driving measurable improvements.

You will perform hands-on technical work and establish delivery standards while guiding projects through scope, schedule, and budgets in a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• PMP and PMI-ACP certifications preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly valued.
• Hands‑on IT, systems administration or technical delivery experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of technology initiatives from initiation through close.
• Lead structured project kickoffs with stakeholders to ensure clear objectives and success criteria.
• Perform hands-on technical work including system configuration and scripting while driving delivery.
