Job summary

The role focuses on inventory control, records accuracy, and timely handling of property documentation, with responsibilities spanning audits, reporting, and asset management in a government IT environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory in a technical or federal environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Proven ability to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer and prioritize requests for property documentation.
• Keep inventory records during inbound/outbound processing.
• Maintain stock descriptions and locations.
• Conduct regular physical counts and audits; resolve discrepancies.
• Generate inventory reports on levels and turnover.
• Support customer orders and inquiries about inventory.
• Manage Microsoft Access and Active Directory to reflect on-hand status.
• Receive and issue equipment per policy and regulations.
