Job summary

People Technology And Processes is seeking a Project Manager for the White Sands Missile Range site. The role directs day-to-day contractor operations and serves as the site point of contact to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, US citizenship, English proficiency, and a Secret clearance (SCI eligibility as needed). Prior DoD project or site management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• US citizenship is required for this role.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligibility as required for classified system oversight.
• Demonstrated IT project or site management experience on a comparable DoD support effort.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the WSMR site.
• Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
• Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
• Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability under the WSMR compressed work schedule.
• Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.

Location: White Sands Missile Range, NM

Clearance required: SECRET minimum (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligible (Tier 5 / T5R) required to administer classified systems or networks or for critical- or special-sensitive duties.

Scope of Work

Serves as the Key Personnel Project Manager for the White Sands Missile Range site, directing day-to-day contractor performance and serving as the site point of contact to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support integrated from the former ISOSS mission.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the WSMR site.
