Job summary

Elanco is seeking an IT Infrastructure Technician on-site at the Clinton, Indiana Manufacturing facility to support IT infrastructure, end-user technologies, and local IT services in a regulated manufacturing and laboratory setting.

Based in Clinton with Terre Haute as a secondary site, the role features a standard 8-hour day, limited travel, and potential on-call support to sustain 24/7 manufacturing operations. Relocation packages are offered for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience supporting end-user technologies and infrastructure for 250+ users.
• Hands-on experience with end-user devices, networking, wireless tech, video conferencing, security, asset lifecycle, incident tools like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuity and reliability of IT hardware, software, and infrastructure to support site operations.
• Provide deskside and end-user support for PCs, laptops, printers, iDevices, Windows 11, Office, Teams, and telephony.
• Deliver last-mile support for site network equipment, cabling, and lab IT infrastructure.
• Manage local IT assets, incidents, requests, changes in ServiceNow.
• Execute local IT projects and lifecycle management with proper documentation and SOPs.
