Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Senior IT Analyst for Operational Technology and Lab-Applications at the Clinton, IN site. You will bridge global IT with hands-on OT/Lab systems, owning lifecycle, CSV, and release management while guiding cross-functional projects.

The role requires 3+ years in IT and 3+ years in OT infrastructure support, strong collaboration, and ITIL familiarity. An on-site position with minimal travel supports manufacturing and R&D needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Process Automation, Operational Technology, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Information Technology and 3 years in OT infrastructure support.
• Experience building relationships across functions and cultures; strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into application and OT/Lab-Applications requirements.
• Own the lifecycle for local OT/IT systems, including CSV, break-fix, and release management.
• Lead multiple IT/OT projects with plans, budgets, and schedules; report status to stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on guidance for IT/OT integration and troubleshoot systems, databases, and infrastructure.
• Network with IT and OT resources to drive continuous improvement and best practices.
