Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks an IT Infrastructure Technician to support manufacturing and R&D sites, based on-site at the Clinton, Indiana facility. You will manage infrastructure, end-user tech, and local IT services in a regulated environment.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support, experience with end-user devices, networking, and ServiceNow, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Standard 8-hour days, minimal travel, and on-site presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent certifications and practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience supporting end-user technologies and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with end-user devices, networking, wireless technologies, video conferencing systems, digital security, asset and lifecycle management, and incident management tools such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity and reliability of critical IT hardware, software, and infrastructure to support uninterrupted site operations.
• Provide deskside and end-user technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, iDevices, Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, and telephony.
• Deliver last-mile support for site network equipment, cabling, connectivity, server rooms, and manufacturing IT infrastructure.
• Manage local IT assets, configuration items, incidents, requests, and changes using ServiceNow.
• Execute local IT infrastructure projects, lifecycle management activities, and equipment procurement with accurate documentation and SOPs.
