Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Senior IT Analyst for Operational Technology and Lab-Applications at our Clinton, IN site. You will bridge IT and hands-on OT at manufacturing and R&D sites, driving seamless integration and support of OT/IT systems. You’ll own lifecycle management, CSV, and cross-functional project delivery.

You will partner with manufacturing and R&D stakeholders, guide IT/OT projects, troubleshoot complex systems, and share best practices across Elanco to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, OT, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years IT experience and 3 years OT infrastructure support.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and translate business needs into IT/OT requirements.
• Own the application lifecycle for local OT/IT systems including CSV and release management.
• Lead multiple IT/OT projects with plans, budgets and schedules.
