Job summary

Elanco Animal Health Incorporated is seeking an IT Infrastructure Technician to join the TechOps team on-site at the Clinton, Indiana Manufacturing facility. You will provide hands-on IT support across infrastructure, end-user technologies, and local IT services within a regulated environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and at least 5 years of experience supporting 250+ users, with hands-on skills in end-user devices, networking, wireless tech, video

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Computer Engineering, IT Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience supporting end-user technologies and infrastructure for 250+ users.
• Hands-on experience with end-user devices, networking, wireless tech, video conferencing, digital security, asset & lifecycle management, and incident management tools such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity and reliability of critical IT hardware, software, and infrastructure to support site operations.
• Provide deskside and end-user technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, iDevices, Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, and telephony.
• Deliver last-mile support for site network equipment, cabling, server rooms, and manufacturing IT infrastructure.
• Manage local IT assets, incidents, requests, and changes using ServiceNow.
• Execute local IT infrastructure projects and procurement while maintaining documentation and SOPs.
