Job summary

Buffalo Games is seeking an Information Technology Help Desk Technician for an on-site, full-time role at our Buffalo, NY facility. You will handle day-to-day IT support across desks, printers, and peripherals, diagnose issues, and maintain systems per company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a help-desk environment.
• Experience supporting IT in a business environment (2+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with mid-sized IT environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of MacOS is preferred but not required.
• Experience with tools like Datto RMM, Microsoft Intune, and the Atlassian Product Suite.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support ERP systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for technical issues, escalating to Tier 3 when necessary.
• Support Windows, Office, and ERP functionality on PCs and Macs and update users on ticket status.
• Document corporate IT environment, ticket resolutions, and processes.
• Deploy end-user computers using deployment tools (e.g., Intune) and other IT deployment tools.
• Install and update software on end-user devices.
• Participate in IT projects and drive business process improvements.
• Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly with team members.
