Atlantic Medical Imaging (AMI) in Galloway, NJ is seeking a customer-focused IT Help Desk Support Technician for a full-time, on-site role. The tech provides first-line support for software and hardware, including MS Office 365, Windows 7/10, Active Directory, VOIP, and printers. Travel to other AMI offices is required.

The ideal candidate has a high school degree or equivalent; IT coursework or a degree is preferred, with strong communication skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Performs Help Desk support and resolves technical issues.
• Prioritizes work and tracks solutions.
• Educates end users on software and hardware usage.
• Supports MS Office 365, Windows 7/10, and future upgrades.
• Maintains Active Directory, user profiles and permissions.
• Assists with VOIP hosted phone system setup and PBX portal configuration.
• Performs daily maintenance of network services and backups.
• Travel to AMI offices as required.
