• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line help desk, troubleshooting, response and remediation.
• Resolve moderately complex IT issues and document resolutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware components and equipment; perform routine IT tasks.
• Ensure timely customer satisfaction and proper documentation for compliance.
