Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA) in West Point, GA is seeking a Service Desk Representative to provide initial employee support via phone, email, and chat. This on-site role handles basic software/hardware issues on laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones, logs tickets, and follows ITSM processes.

The position requires 3–5 years IT experience, basic networking knowledge, and strong troubleshooting. It offers pay from $21 to $28 per hour plus overtime and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT experience.
• Basic understanding of networking.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environments including Exchange Server.
• Experience with antivirus software.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments.
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects on time.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned tasks and respond to Helpdesk tickets using ITSM.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Imaging and administration for networked devices as assigned.
• Open/Close and update incident history in ITSM.
• Backup/Restore user profiles and data per procedures.
• Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware/software.
