Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT experience.
• Basic understanding of networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, and Exchange server.
• Experience with antivirus software.

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Helpdesk tickets via ITSM promptly and accurately.
• Install and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals on-site.
• Perform imaging and asset management for devices.
• Open/Close and update incident history in ITSM.
• Document and upgrade hardware and software as needed.
• Adhere to asset naming standards and procedures.
• Strive to meet support priorities and service levels.
