Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA) is seeking a Senior Service Desk Representative to provide technical support for end users, troubleshoot hardware and software, and manage imaging/deployment across desktop and laptop environments. You will document incidents, assist with asset management, and ensure service levels are met in a dynamic corporate IT setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of corporate IT support experience, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 skills, and solid customer service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate technical support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with imaging, deployment, and asset management.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user support and diagnose hardware/software issues.
• Install, configure, and repair PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage imaging and deployment for workstations.
• Open, update, and close incidents via the Help Desk system.
• Maintain inventory records and asset labeling.
• Adhere to IT service standards and SLAs.
