Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT troubleshooting and support.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to take ownership of issues.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and user permissions.

Responsibilities

• Process new user setup and termination requests.
• Respond to phone calls, emails and online tickets.
• Troubleshoot applications and maintain inventory system.
