Job summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in IT support or systems administration
- Experience with VOIP, IoT devices, and SaaS integrations
- Ability to work on-site in Placentia, CA
- Strong troubleshooting and cross-team communication
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain hardware (workstations, server, networking gear, IoT devices)
- Manage software issues across OS platforms and applications
- Administer access controls, user permissions, and account provisioning
- Maintain and update ERP and ancillary systems for cross‑platform compatibility
- Oversee VOIP telecommunications and ensure uptime across all tech systems
- Support and maintain 3rd‑party SaaS tools used across departments
- Assist with order processing via our OMS system
- Help maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity
- Jump in on pick/pack tasks or other team needs when extra hands are required
