Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience in hardware/software support.
• Experience imaging and reimaging Windows OS on desktops/laptops.
• Strong knowledge of AD, GPO, and SCCM environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and peripherals.
• Handle imaging, deployment, and asset inventory activities.
• Utilize ticketing system to document work and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with remote support and on-call rotations during off-hours.
