Responsibilities

• Imaging new or existing equipment, installing applications, deploying desktops, notebooks, printers, keyboards, mice, scanners, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues reported to our Help Desk (if the Help Desk can’t resolve on the initial call).
• Note: No application support (we have analysts who support our various applications).

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.

Experience

• Proven experience with hardware setup, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with imaging tools and software deployment.
• Previous experience in an IT support or Help Desk environment is preferred.

Skills

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware and peripheral devices.
• Proficiency with common IT operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.).
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.
