Oceans Healthcare in Plano, Texas seeks an IT Field Support Engineer to ensure smooth operation of company technology systems. You will provide hands-on technical support, deploy hardware/software, troubleshoot issues, and support end users to minimize downtime.

The role requires at least 2 years in on-site IT support, with strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and a proactive approach. You may participate in on-call rotations and collaborate with teams to implement infrastructure changes

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, networking, and basic server issues in enterprise or multi-site environments.
• Able to work semi-autonomously and manage tasks on-site.
• Experience documenting technical issues and infrastructure changes.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, configure, and deploy hardware, software, and network equipment for new facilities and acquisitions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimal disruption to operations.
• Communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document infrastructure changes and configurations for reference.
