Jupiter Medical Center is seeking a Field Engineer to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer equipment across on-site and off-site locations. You will respond to help desk calls, perform printer maintenance, and handle network testing, cabling, and deployment of desktops and peripherals.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with computer equipment installation and networking, including Windows, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, and VPN.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years experience in computer equipment installation and maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 2000 and Microsoft Office problems.
• Experience installing/troubleshooting networks and wiring; knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and repair computer equipment on-site and off-site.
• Respond to help desk calls; printer maintenance and repair.
• Network testing, cabling, and maintenance.
