Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an on-site IT support professional to deploy and maintain jobsite networks and field technology. You will configure equipment, support laptops and mobile devices, and resolve site issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Based at an office in Houston, TX, you will coordinate with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams, maintain asset records, and ensure security standards are met while supporting mobilizations and site changes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT field support, networking, or systems administration required.
• Networking or IT service management certification preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Deploys and configures jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.
• Installs and maintains field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
• Troubleshoots and resolves site-level technical issues per service standards.
• Maintains asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.
• Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
• Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
• Ensures field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.
• Provide hands-on technical support for end-user and field technologies.
