Job summary

Grand Canyon Education, Inc. seeks a part-time IT Fulfillment Assistant to support deployment and returns of IT equipment on site in Phoenix. The role assists full-time IT staff with fulfillment duties and requires lifting up to 50 lbs.

You will handle imaging, basic tech troubleshooting, and service desk requests, while communicating with customers by phone or email as needed. Availability for the summer is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a minimum of 17 hours per week.
• Must be able to work on site (Phoenix area).
• Must be able to work over the summer.
• Experience with web-based applications (inventory management, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Driver's License required to drive golf carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist full-time IT Support staff with deployment and returns of IT equipment.
• Receive and asset tag incoming shipments; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform computer imaging and basic technology troubleshooting.
• Handle Service Desk requests related to fulfillment.
• Contact customers via phone or email as needed.
