Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT end-user support (Tier 1 & 2) at assigned site
• Resolve incidents and service requests, document resolutions
• Collaborate on knowledge-based articles to ensure enterprise-wide consistency
• Participate in on-call rotations for endpoint support issues
