• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and best practices.
• Basic understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, and common IT equipment.
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate with technical and help desk teams.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift or move computer equipment as required.
• CompTIA A+ certification or bench repair experience preferred.
