Job summary

Noetic Strategies, Inc. seeks an Engineer Technician III for on-site work at Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. The role handles non-standard engineering tasks, data extraction, and support for complex AV systems.

Qualifications

• AA/AS or higher with relevant experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• On-site work at Langley primary location or client site.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analyses of conference room software, hardware and transmission equipment.
• Monitor data traffic and network resource performance.
• Provide end-user support to VIP customers with high professionalism.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and patching of conference room equipment.
• Assist in root-cause analysis of conference room incidents.
• Troubleshoot network and AV equipment including Crestron, AMX, Cisco devices.
• Build knowledge of company processes and client requirements.
• Resolve work orders for Network, VOIP, and equipment.
• Adhere to service level agreements for IT and AV support.
• Identify and implement standard solutions for common issues.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
