Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an Asset Management & Warehouse Specialist to manage IT assets, inventory records, and lifecycle activities at the Baptist Digital Solutions Center in Jacksonville. You will coordinate with IT, Procurement, and Finance to support asset deployment and disposals.

This on-site role requires 2+ years in IT asset management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining accurate records in ServiceNow and Workday.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset management and inventory control.
• Experience with enterprise asset systems such as ServiceNow and Workday.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements hardware and software acquisition, protection, maintenance and retention policies.
• Coordinates with the procurement function to interview, select and negotiate with hardware and software vendors.
• Reviews licenses and/or contracts to ensure hardware and software equipment is covered and properly documented.
• Receive, stage, store, distribute, and deliver IT equipment and supplies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including deployment, transfers, recoveries, refreshes, donations, and disposal activities.
• Maintain accurate asset, inventory, and receiving records in ServiceNow, Workday, and related systems.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and operational teams to support asset management, inventory, and warehouse services.
