Baptist IT Center is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to oversee IT asset lifecycle, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations in Jacksonville. You will manage deployment, transfers, recoveries, refreshes, and disposal while maintaining records in ServiceNow, Workday, and related systems.

Requirements include 2+ years in IT asset management, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver's license for equipment delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT asset management or inventory management.
• Experience with enterprise asset records in ServiceNow or Workday.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate box trucks.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements hardware/software acquisition, protection, maintenance and retention policies.
• Coordinates with procurement to interview, select and negotiate with vendors.
• Reviews licenses and contracts to ensure coverage and documentation.
• Manage full lifecycle of IT assets from deployment to disposal.
• Maintain asset records in ServiceNow, Workday and related systems.
• Receive, stage, store, distribute and deliver IT equipment.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and operations.
