Responsibilities

• Provides second-level technical support for City employees.
• Maintains computer hardware, software, systems, and specialty equipment.
• Develops and maintains support documentation and SOPs.
• Coordinates with departments and external providers to ensure timelines and compliance.
• Performs system maintenance, updates, and lifecycle management.
• Travel between municipal facilities to install, maintain, and repair equipment.
• Ensures security policies and HIPAA/NIST framework alignment where applicable.
• Provides on-call or after-hours support for infrastructure.
