Job summary

ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to support USAF School of Aerospace Medicine at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role involves on-site course design, development, validation, and evaluation for both in-resident and online training programs.

The ISD will support graphics, multimedia, and video production across education initiatives, employing ADDIE and collaborating with SMEs, project managers, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years ISD experience.
• Experience in at least two of: learning theory, instructional design, assessment design, or product development.
• Proficiency with modern edtech tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create multimedia, graphics, and media projects with SMEs and teams.
• Recommend platforms, formats, and delivery methods for training objectives.
• Develop and test online courseware and analyze performance data.
• Guide validation phases to meet objectives and proficiency levels.
• Edit curriculum content for grammar, accuracy, and style.
• Participate in e-learning development and continuity planning.
• Apply ADDIE model across projects and teams.
• Design instructional materials and scripts for copy and video.
