Job summary

ERP International, LLC is seeking a full-time Instructional Systems Designer to support USAF School of Aerospace Medicine at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The ISD will collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and production teams to create multimedia training and evaluate effectiveness.

We value proactive candidates with expertise in instructional design, multimedia development, and course validation across ADDIE phases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5 years ISD experience.
Proficiency with Adobe Captivate, SCORM packaging, and multimedia development.

Responsibilities

Create multimedia training content in collaboration with SMEs and Production Team.
Recommend instructional platforms and delivery methods to meet training requirements.
Develop and test online courseware and provide data-driven recommendations.
Design training materials including copy, audio scripts, and video scripts.
Edit curricula, maintain files and records, and ensure technical accuracy.
Support USAFSAM curriculum guidance and contribute to ADDIE model application.
Coordinate project scope, obtain approvals, and validate educational content across phases.
Provide consultation and validation of content across all stages of multimedia development.
Review end-of-course feedback and field surveys to improve courseware.
Attend meetings and assist in duties as needed.
