Job summary

Bestica is hiring an Instructor System Designer to provide services at Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH. You will create multimedia, graphics, and courseware for courses within USAFSAM, guided by ADDIE and in collaboration with SMEs and the production team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in educational technology or instructional design (or five years ISD experience) and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Adobe Captivate and SCORM is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Educational Design or five years ISD experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Captivate and SCORM packaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create multimedia, graphics, or media projects with SMEs and Production Team.
• Recommend instructional platforms, media, development tools, and delivery methods.
• Test online courseware and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Create training plans and guide validation of ISD processes to meet objectives.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain curriculum files and records.
• Attend meetings and participate in educational activities as directed.
• Analyze student feedback and provide ISD-based recommendations for courseware improvements.
• Coordinate project scope meetings and obtain approvals for final delivery.
