Job summary

SierTeK Ltd. seeks an experienced Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Support Specialist to support USAF School of Aerospace Medicine education and training missions at Wright Patterson AFB.

You will apply the ADDIE model to develop multimedia instructional products, collaborate with SMEs, Course Directors, and government stakeholders to design, develop, evaluate, and improve training. Proficiency with Adobe Captivate, SCORM, learning management systems, and 3D/VR tools, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Educational Design, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• Or five years of applied ISD experience.
• Experience with ADDIE and learning theories.
• Experience designing training strategies and learning solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; NDA may be required.
• Experience with DoD or military education is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Apply ADDIE to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Course Directors, and government stakeholders.
• Develop multimedia instructional products and training solutions.
• Review and update curriculum materials for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Support validation and continuous improvement of USAFSAM programs.
