Job summary

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking five Instructional Systems Designers to support USAFSAM at Wright Patterson AFB. You will apply ADDIE to design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructional materials for resident, blended, and online learning environments.

Collaborate with SMEs, CDMs, Course Directors, and multimedia teams to ensure courses meet objectives and adult learning principles using modern educational technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field; or five years of ISD experience.
• Experience in at least two ISD disciplines: learning theory, instructional design, assessment, or product development.
• Experience developing modern instructional materials using current educational technologies.
• Proficiency with Adobe Captivate and SCORM-compliant modules.
• Familiarity with VR, simulation, gamification, and 3D modeling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs, CDMs, Course Directors, PMs, and multimedia teams to develop high-quality instructional materials.
• Apply ADDIE to create and maintain educational products.
• Design, develop, and update classroom, blended, and online courseware.
• Develop multimedia content including text, graphics, storyboards, audio/video scripts, and simulations.
• Create, test, deploy, and maintain SCORM-compliant online content within an LMS.
• Maintain project documentation and instructional design artifacts.
