Job summary

SierTeK Ltd is seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Designer Support Specialist to support USAF School of Aerospace Medicine education and training. You will work with SMEs, Course Directors, and government stakeholders to design, develop, and evaluate multimedia instructional products and training solutions.

The role applies the ADDIE model to create effective learning experiences, integrate emerging technologies, and ensure training meets educational and operational requirements at

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Five years of ISD experience with two or more areas such as learning theory or educational psychology.
• Experience designing training strategies and learning solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
• Must sign an NDA prior to performance.

Responsibilities

• Apply ADDIE model across Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Course Directors to create instructional products.
• Develop training plans and validation activities to ensure learning objectives.
• Review and maintain curriculum materials for accuracy and instructional effectiveness.
• Upload, manage, test, and validate online courseware.
