Job summary

Pacific Coast Manufacturing (PCM) in Chino, CA, is seeking a Customer Service & Warranty Coordinator for an on-site role. You will manage dealer warranty claims, parts requests, and order support, coordinating with operations, inventory, and quality to keep processes moving from intake to resolution.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling, cross-brand part naming consistency, and proactive communication with dealers and internal teams.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in customer service, warranty administration, order processing, or similar support role.
Experience with an ERP or order-management system is a plus; Fishbowl experience is helpful but not required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
High school diploma; additional education or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Warranty & Customer Support: Process dealer and customer warranty claims from intake through resolution, including identifying replacement parts and coordinating shipments.
Order & Shipping Support: Print and process sales orders and generate invoices accurately and on schedule; prepare shipping labels and coordinate outbound shipments.
Data & Process Accuracy: Maintain accurate, well-documented records in claims, requests, and shipments; identify part-naming inconsistencies and support rollout of a unified item master; escalate recurring issues to the appropriate team.
