Job summary

TestEquity seeks a Location Support Specialist to stock and manage vendor managed inventory on site at customer locations in Austin, TX. You will ensure inventory areas are clean, safe, organized, and accurately reflected in our inventory software.

You will receive replenishments, perform cycle counts, assist customers face-to-face, coordinate with sales, and complete non-scheduled administrative tasks. Travel to client sites is expected and a background check may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience required.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel to customer sites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock replenishment shipments.
• Inspect shipments for correct quantities and products.
• Perform inventory cycle counts weekly or quarterly.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized vendor managed inventory areas.
• Interact with customers face-to-face to assess on-site needs and relay to sales.
